The room had poor sound insulation, very frustrating. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. The lack of a coffee machine in the room was disappointing, as I expected that basic amenity. The overall lighting in the room was confusing, with different color temperatures making it uncomfortable for my light-sensitive eyes.
